Second August Event

On Sunday, August 27th, RMVintagers will be hosting a special guest at Colorado Clays Shooting Park, Brighton, CO

Professional Shooter & World Record Holder David Miller of CZ USA will be performing a Shooting Demonstration at 10:00 a.m.

David's World Record of 3,653 broken clays in one hour made the Guinness Book of World Records in 2015. (That's better than one clay per second for 60 minutes of non-stop shooting, and he shot them all from the hip!)

After David's demonstration and a lunch break (BYOL), we will go on the Sporting Clays Course for our normal 100 targets.

David will be set up at one or two of the stations and will be glad to offer shooting tips to those who would like his personal touch!

(I think I'll just hand him my gun and let him shoot all my targets!)

This is going to be a fun and very special event, so mark your calendar and don't miss it!

David is a Pro-staffer for CZ USA, and he will have a large selection of CZ guns available for your viewing & maybe shooting.

(If you have a 2017 RMV Membership, or want an Associate Membership for the day, and would like to have some personal shooting time with David Miller on Saturday, August 26th, please reply to this email for an exciting RMV offer!)

We are hoping to have another event at Piney Valley (Sage Outdoor Adventures), Wolcott, Colorado. This is perhaps the most beautiful Sporting Clays course in Colorado; mountain views in every direction; 8,500’ elevation at their Clubhouse; plus 5-Stand. We will confirm this event in the near future.

Sage Outdoor Adventures

Normally we try to have our last event either in September or October, but our September event at Sage Outdoor Adventures (Piney Valley) was cancelled, do to Sage closing down their operation. In discussion with the Rocky Mountain Vintagers’ Board it was decided to hit the coverts and game fields, so our R M Vintagers’ shooting season draws to a Close for 2017.

Thank you all for the great support we had this year; it was one of our best years ever!

We'll start on our 2018 calendar of events right after Thanksgiving, we are looking forward to seeing all of you in January, at the Polar Bear Trap Event.

Best Wishes to you all, and enjoy the Holiday Season that's just around the corner.
